Tamara L. Gropper, ACC, CPCC

Curious, passionate and fiercely committed to her clients, Tamara embraced coaching in the midst of her career as an educational and organizational consultant and mentor in the field of Jewish Education. Amazed that coaching makes room for all the messiness of life, personal and professional, Tamara jumped in with both feet. A CTI trained Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Tamara established her own practice, KIVUN Coaching, in 2017.
As coach, mentor, and consultant, Tamara believes deeply that every human can change the world for the better. She holds space for clients, students and educators to tune into their own magnificent knowing, charting their next steps forward with vision and purpose. Tamara is grateful for the privilege of accompanying her clients for a time as they allow their unique brilliance to shine forth.
Tamara received a BA from Georgetown University, an MSE from Bank Street College of Education and an MAJE from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion’s Rhea Hirsch School of Education. Tamara serves as a Clinical Faculty Mentor for students in the Executive MA Program in Jewish Education at HUC-JIR and co-leads a network for Independent Educators at The Jewish Education Project in NY.
Tamara is in her happy place wherever good friends, good food, and a gentle breeze can be found. She values downtime with her family of five, yoga, lots of laughter, and music of all kinds to lift the spirits.
