Ellen Estabrook

Ellen Estabrook serves on the internal coaching faculty at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global strategy consulting firm. Ellen works with BCG’s consulting team members from new hires to partners, helping individuals articulate clear goals, understand current mindsets, reflect on barriers to change, experiment with new behaviors, and hold themselves accountable to the change they want to see. She is passionate about serving her clients and appreciative of how much she can learn from each person.

Previously, Ellen was a Principal at BCG supporting the Consumer Practice Area. During her tenure, she led a broad range of projects including strategy setting, post-merger integration, pricing, and organizational design and enablement. Prior to BCG, she worked in Financial Services supporting clients at a hedge fund with $14B assets under management.

Ellen was trained by the Hudson Institute for Coaching, and she holds her coaching certification through the globally recognized International Coaching Federation. Ellen also received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from New York University.

Coaching For Everyone is seeking ICF-certified coaches who are available to provide pro-bono services to our richly-diverse set of clients, twice per month (two hours total) for three months. ICF credentials must be current.
