CFE Coaching Fellowship Application

Out of hundreds of nominees, we would like to invite you to apply to become a fellow in one of our next cohorts.

What is Coaching for Everyone?

Coaching for Everyone (CFE) offers complimentary coaching and leadership support to traditionally underserved and under-resourced Black, Latinx, and Indigenous populations, with a focus on young adults, k-12 educators, and nonprofit organizations.

CFE is also dedicated to changing the face of the coaching industry by training the next generation of BIPOC coaches. We believe that coaching should be accessible to everyone, and in order to provide relevant, impactful coaching to diverse populations, we need diverse populations to become coaches. We also believe increasing the presence of diverse identities and life experiences in the coaching community will enrich the field of coaching and bring necessary perspectives to our collective transformation and growth.

You’re invited to apply to become a CFE coaching fellow, where you will be a part of a unique cohort of all BIPOC fellows and trained as a certified professional coach.

Our Partner

Co-Active Training Institute

Before you start the application, we’d like you to get to know more about the relationship between Coaching For Everyone (CFE) and our partner, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). As one of the leading coaching schools, CTI has been training coaches around the world for nearly 30 years. CFE ensures that every CTI instructor has been vetted as having a combination of lived experience as a marginalized population and/or extensive training in anti-racism. This partnership provides a unique experience by building a cohort of fellow BIPOC candidates who will be certified in CTI’s world class curriculum.

Why Co-Active Training Institute?

As an organization dedicated to creating new opportunities and activating potential, CFE is proud to be partnered with CTI. Focused on making a collective and meaningful impact, CTI uses ground-breaking methods to cultivate leaders using experiential learning. Their programs are designed to inspire a passion for life-long leadership development, rooted in communication and aligning with others.

Like CFE, CTI believes that to become an effective coach, one must first learn to challenge their limitations, develop strong self-trust, nurture honest self-discovery and take bold actions. Only then can we teach others how to cultivate these skills within themselves.
