Coaches on Tour
Travel | Coach | Inspire
The first innovative, traveling professional coaching program aimed to empower certified coaches to inspire, provide excellent coaching and enlighten individuals from underrepresented BIPOC communities nationwide.
Coaches On Tour Overview
Coaches on Tour is an innovative, mobile professional coaching initiative, envisioned to fortify BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities through leadership training and coaching. The program is an effort to democratize the accessibility to quality leadership coaching that can stimulate personal growth, empower individuals, and contribute significantly towards building strong, resilient communities.
This pioneering initiative is planned as a national tour, covering four cities across the country. It will bring together 30 distinguished certified coaches who will selflessly dedicate their time and skills, providing pro bono coaching services to individuals in these communities. This approach ensures a wide reach, thereby enabling the empowerment of numerous community members who might otherwise lack access to such high quality resources.
The crux of the Coaches on Tour program is providing pro bono coaching coupled with its signature leadership training, “One Person, Big Difference,”… and more. As a part of the tour, the participating coaches will deliver this training and certify individuals from the community. This process is designed to create a sustainable impact by cultivating local leadership that can continue to inspire and motivate even after the tour concludes.
As much as this program seeks to empower BIPOC communities, it also aspires to provide a transformative experience for the coaches involved. The immersive nature of the tour presents the coaches with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the specific challenges faced by these communities, thus enabling them to adapt and enhance their coaching techniques. It’s an occasion for professional and personal growth, fostering a deep sense of contribution and satisfaction.
Coaches on Tour is more than a simple outreach program; it’s a proactive movement aimed at providing a platform for change. By focusing on equipping individuals within BIPOC communities with leadership skills and the tools necessary for self advancement, it aims to instigate significant, longlasting change, one community at a time. This endeavor carries the potential to have a transformative impact, both on the lives of the individuals involved and the wider communities they represent. It truly stands by its principle – every single person has the potential to make a big difference.
