Kimberly Frederick Snapper

Wellesley, MA

CFE Fundrasing Strategist

With 20+ years’ experience managing health care non-profits, Kimberly is passionate about building organizations which impact the lives of others. Her perspective is one of growth – personal and organizational growth.

Kim brings a variety of skill sets to CFE, early in her career, she earned master’s degree in social work and became a licensed clinical social worker.

Kim worked for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, for 7 years directing disease-related education and support initiatives. I helped grow a call center which supported over 88,000 people per year.

Kim joined the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, tasked to create national patient education and support programs, along with fundraising and patient call center responsibilities. Kim increased fundraising from $800,000 to over $3 million. These funds enabled the organization to create the call center, offer physician-led webinars and quadruple print materials.

From there, Kim transitioned into the role of Regional Executive Director for New England overseeing all fundraising programs, special events and major gifts for the New England region.

Currently, Kim is a executive coach, bringing all of her experience in the health and non-profit sector combined with a master’s degree in social work, to the CFE table. Kim brings her passion, enthusiasm and belief that everyone has the strength and power to live their best lives.

Kim is in her happy place when she is with her family on a beach simply being.
