After 15 years selling real estate in Colorado, Jerry became the Designated Broker/Director of Operation for the five offices of RE/MAX Elite in Greater Seattle. He assisted the franchise owners by overseeing all aspects of this award-winning brokerage consisting of 100 agents, staff, and managers.
His responsibilities included recruiting, training and coaching passionate, driven REALTORS® for successful careers in real estate utilizing group masterminds and encouraging 1:1 accountability calls. More than just contract review to ensure state compliance, he empowered each branch manager to lead with their heart and use their unique natural and acquired talents to inspire performance.
In recognition of his contributions toward a learning-based, collaborate culture of positivity and productivity, Jerry achieved the RE/MAX Manager of the Year for the Pacific Northwest in 2018.
Today, he remains in the real estate industry working alongside his wife (Dena) selling homes in Greater Phoenix where they enjoy spending time in the pool with their kids and grandson and helping Buddy the Bichon conquer his fear of getting in.

Coaching For Everyone is seeking ICF-certified coaches who are available to provide pro-bono services to our richly-diverse set of clients, twice per month (two hours total) for three months. ICF credentials must be current.
